03 / Platform readiness audits

Know what’s solid. See what’s next.

A platform readiness audit finds what could hold your software back as you grow, and tells you what to address first.

Growing, launching, or making a big change puts pressure on the parts of a platform nobody looks at day to day: architecture, security, reliability, delivery, and cost.

I look at your platform with fresh eyes and a consistent method, then give you a plain-language picture of where it stands and a short list of what to fix first. I built my own tooling to make these assessments consistent and repeatable, so you get the same rigour every time.

What you get

  • A readiness report in plain language, with the technical detail behind it.
  • A prioritised list of risks and what to do about each one.
  • A view across architecture, security, reliability, data, delivery, and cost.
  • A walkthrough where we go through the findings together.

How it usually goes

  1. 01

    Where things stand

A conversation about the platform, its users, and what’s coming next.

  2. 02

    The assessment

I review the system, the code, and how it’s run, using my own tooling.

  3. 03

    The plan

You get the report, the priorities, and a session to talk them through.

Something in mind? Let’s talk.

A sentence is plenty. I reply to every enquiry personally.
